Would the calling on your life come what God has written beforehand – meaning what is a person to know what to do day by day hour by hour minute by minute, I have not been tarrying in the Spirit like I am supposed to I have been weary

Yes, God has purposes for your life, but He does not expect you to know every detail of every hour and minute beforehand.

Ephesians 2:10 says that God prepared good works for us to walk in, but Scripture usually presents guidance as something we receive step by step. Psalm 119:105 says, “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” A lamp gives enough light for the next steps, not necessarily the whole journey.

If you are weary, that does not mean you have missed God’s calling. Even faithful believers became tired, discouraged, and overwhelmed. Elijah did in 1 Kings 19, and God’s first response was not condemnation. He gave him rest, food, and then further direction.

“Tarrying in the Spirit” should not become a burden where you feel you must constantly strain to hear a minute-by-minute instruction from God. The Christian life is also about walking faithfully in what God has already revealed: pray, obey His Word, love others, avoid sin, fulfill your responsibilities, and ask for wisdom.

Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

So if you are weary, it may be that what you need right now is not more pressure to discern every detail, but rest in God, prayer, Scripture, and faithfulness in the next clear thing before you. God is able to guide you even when you feel tired or spiritually weak.
