Is the idea of starseed children (indigo, Crystal, rainbow) Satanic?

Starseed Children

A starseed is believed to be an individual whose soul originated elsewhere in the universe besides earth but lives in a human body here on this planet. Proponents of this theory believe that these beings are the next level of evolution. The indigo, crystal and rainbow are different types of starseeds. Some people who believe in this idea are convinced that they may be one of these beings. They believe that a starseed has exceptional powers that will advance the human race, such as being a visionary or having healing powers.

The identification of Indigo children, who have an inclination toward specific psychological and spiritual qualities, was first promoted by San Diego parapsychologist Nancy Anne Tapp in the 1970s. Tapp taught about the emergence of children with a vibrational color. Indigo refers to the indigo-hued aura that the youngsters emit.

This belief is not Biblical. According to Scripture, humans were only created here on earth in the image of God from uniting the dust of the ground and God’s breath of life (Genesis 2:7). This idea of starseed conflicts with the biblical truth that Jesus is the only one who is more than human because He is God and our Creator and Redeemer (John 1:1-3, 14).

This idea is a counterfeit to the truth that Jesus is the only who can actually help all humans truly advance by overcoming sin (Matthew 1:21) and that His people can have visions and heal by the power of God (Joel 2:28, Matthew 10:8).  The Bible warns against these Satan’s lies and deceptions (2 John 1:7).

While those who believe in this idea of starseeds may not think that it is satanic, it is actually rooted in Satan’s first lie that he told Eve, “you shall be as gods” (Genesis 3:5).  Any teaching that denotes that we are our own gods or that we have no need of God is dangerous. This idea leads to rebellion against the One who created us and who can truly save us from our sins (Isaiah 65:17).

The Bible says, “To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them” (Isaiah 8:20). This idea of starseeds has no light or truth in it because it is out of harmony with Scripture and is in perfect harmony with lies from Satan.  Satan uses lies to deceive people into thinking that they need something outside of what God has prepared for them.

Jesus warns His people of false teachings that will arise more and more as we approach the end of time. Jesus said, “And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many…  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved” (Matthew 24: 11, 13). May we see things for what they really are and endure until that day.

  1. A question to consider… Who wrote this book, from what other books did it come from or not from, and how many times has it been edited? Out of all the other books sitting in the Vatican Library and the ones hidden in the basement does it not seem suspicious that a real censorship from the powers that were, would place a “Fear of God” mind controlling document as the ultimate piece of propaganda! What about the Self Empowering Gnostic gospels? What about the re write of Books and Scriptures in 325 AD by Constantine and the Aryon Party and the Councel of Nicea? Where are the 144 plus Books before that? Hidden under the Vatican after the ransack of Alexandria? What really was Yeshua ben Yoseph’s and Mary’s Life and Teachings all about? Was Yeshua (Jesus, Sananda) crucified or nailed to a Tree for being a rebel, teaching about Love, Meditation, Yoga and later taken down and healed by his family to live a long life of about 86 yrs old? Here is an analogous question to consider… Do you only read and apply the Italian Keto Diet Cookbook to your life and health? Blessings Everyone! God would love it if you would ask questions!

    • God gave us His word to address our questions. Concerning who wrote the Bible: “All scripture is given by inspiration of God…” 2 Timothy 3:16. On that logic, when you say edited, do you mean translations or are you trying to give doubt that man wrote it? If the latter, refer to the previous verse.

Concerning other books or if you had doubts about it being changed, the Bible says “The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” Psalm 12:6-7. So we know God preserved them from the generation they were written and will be until forever.
