Bill Nye, who hosted the educational show “Bill Nye the Science Guy,” which aired on PBS Kids from 1993 through 1998, made the statements in a clip posted online on Thursday, which has since been viewed over one million times.
In this clip posted to online knowledge forum Big Think via YouTube, former children’s show host Bill Nye spoke out against the denial of evolution, saying such views harm young people especially and hamper scientific progress.

The Judea-Christian morals of loving God with all the heart and loving man as oneself is the only basis for peace and morality in the world .
Bill Nye, should we teach our young people evolution that justifies: human racism, homosexuality, abortion, euthanasia, lawlessness, pornography?
Hampering of the scientific progress??? Let look at few facts:
What about the fact that when we see a design we know that there is a designer.
What about the fact that no new structures or organs have been observed coming into existence.
what about the natural processes, like photosynthesis and metamorphosis, and how these could not possibly come into existence by random chance.
What about the implications of the Laws of Science, such as the First and Second Law of Thermodynamics, and how these Laws disprove evolution.
What about the Law of Biogenesis (the Law of Life Beginnings) accurately states that life only comes from life.
what about the fossil records, and that there is not a single intermediate fossil ever found.
What about the frauds and hoaxes that been taught as truth about the Piltdown Man, Java Man, Peking Man, English Peppered Moths, the Horse Series, and embryonic recapitulation.
And the list goes on …
Mr. Bill Nye, true science must provide facts not fiction.
